We are currently holding socially distanced classes 7.30 – 9.00 pm Thursdays. Normal Aikido classes restart on Thursday July 22nd. You must book a place as class sizes are restricted to 12 on the mat for safety reasons.
We offer a free first session in which you will see how Aikido works, hear something of its history and philosophy and get a feel of the techniques. You will also learn moves and exercises you can take away and use immediately.
The free Aikido classes take place on Thursdays 7.30 pm and must be booked in advance. To discuss more details and to book your free session please click here or phone us on 020 7435 1330.
Family sessions are on Thursdays 7.30 to 8.15 pm. These are open to children and adults from beginner to intermediate. They are free for adults with paying children from 12 years old.
We also offer concessions to students, people on low wages or unemployed – and staff of many organisations, including the NHS, local authorities and John Lewis Partnership.
And do join us for our popular free online sessions.
Thursdays – 7:30 – 9.00pm
Please come in your kit if possible. Temperatures will be taken. Don’t come if you have any typical Covid-19 symptoms, including fever, sore throat, loss of sense of smell.
